We always encourage you to tip your guides! Guides work hard to make sure you have the best zipline experience possible and always appreciate your support.

We have various drinks and light snacks available for purchase in our gift shop.

We have bathrooms outside of the giftshop for guests to use!

Bring comfortable closed toed shoes, and clothes appropriate for Louisiana’s ever changing temperatures.

We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your tour to check in.

Yes, reservations are the only way to guarantee a spot. Our booking software updates automatically so we don’t overbook tickets.

We do not offer refunds for tour and otter swim tickets. Events can be rebooked to a later date.

We will operate in rain. Please bring a rain jacket if there is a chance of rain.

If weather is severe we call or email you in advance to reschedule.

If you show up later than 5 minutes after your scheduled tour time we have the right to move your ticket times for that day.
