Aligned with National Science Standards

Our programs are designed to make learning both meaningful and memorable! We tailor our animal shows to fit the specific science curriculum for each grade level. Whether it’s exploring animal life cycles with 2nd and 3rd graders or discussing ecosystems and adaptations with 4th and 5th graders, our educators bring concepts to life through real animal ambassadors. We even help improve science testing scores by reinforcing key topics with exciting, real-world examples—making learning not just an experience but an adventure!

Photo Opportunities

One of the ways we fund our program is by giving the students a chance to purchase a photo with one of our ambassador animals.

If guardians choose to not purchase a photo, that is quite all right. Their child can still participate in the program.

Souvenirs

We fund our programs by selling souvenirs to students! We have various merchandise items available for purchase including an Adoption Kit including a stuffed animal and certificate of adoption, a special Barn Hill Preserve bracelet, “This and That” Pack including a special Barn Hill Sticker and Honorary Wildlife Educator Keychain, Animal Pop-It. Our Explorer Pack is the ultimate souvenir!
