Adventure park FAQs

Participants must be at least 5 years of age, and weigh 50 lbs. The maximum weight for participants is 285 lbs.

Our course was designed and instructed by American Adventure Park Systems. We use patented Vertical Trek technology so guests are always secured with a safety line. All tours are accompanied by at least 2 trained zipline guides. Our course is inspected each morning by staff and yearly by a third party inspector.

We always encourage you to tip your guides! Guides work hard to make sure you have the best zipline experience possible and always appreciate your support.

We share our parking lot at Barn Hill Preserve address. We will have tour guides there waiting for you when you arrive. Once your whole group is there, the tour guides will show you where to drive to and park!

We provide complimentary water and encourage guests to bring a reusable water bottle.

We have portable toilets on site.

Bring comfortable closed toed shoes, and clothes appropriate for Louisiana’s ever changing temperatures.

We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your tour to check in.

Yes, reservations are the only way to guarantee a spot. Our booking software updates automatically so we don’t overbook tickets.

Guests that arrive at the property via bus and decide not to zipline cannot be refunded since they already used an available harness and safety equipment. Tickets may be rescheduled 72 hrs in advance.

We cannot operate in lighting but we can operate in rain. Please bring a rain jacket if there is a chance of rain.
If weather is severe we call or email you in advance to reschedule.

Participants weighing over 250 pounds must be able to control their body on the line.

If you show up later than 5 minutes after your scheduled tour time we have the right to move your ticket times for that day.

When you book your tickets, an online wavier should be sent via email. You can also sign waviers at our park in person.
Waviers must be signed by all participants Zip-Lining and participants walking the trails.
